Community members are invited to learn more about the individual who helped put “Marshall County History on the Map” during tomorrow’s Brown Bag Lunch event.
The focus of this month’s Brown Bag Lunch event will be Pioneer Daniel McDonald. McDonald is described as Marshall County’s first historian, premiere journalist, and Native American advocate. Officials note that he was ahead of his time and his impact is still felt today.
Culver Area Historian Jeff Kenney will be presenting the information about McDonald’s remarkable life and legacy.
Attendees are asked to bring a lunch along to the event which will be held from noon until 1 p.m. at the Marshall County Museum on Michigan Street in Plymouth.
