Four people were arrested in Marshall County in separate incidents over the weekend for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Traffic stops conducted by Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies found drivers to have consumed more than the legal amount of alcohol to be operating a vehicle on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Johanna M. Cespedes, of Marion, 21-year-old Ostin Skylar Robles, of Monterey, and 33-year-old Jack Michael Edgarton, of Granger were arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
A Winamac man, 28-year-old Kyle Lee Rayl, was also arrested on an OVWI charge after dispatchers received a call about a car in the ditch in the area of Glenn Overmyer Drive and Olive Trail. Chemical tests performed reportedly found Rayl to be three times over the legal limit of alcohol.
All were booked into the Marshall County Jail.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
