A suspicious person call to police late Monday night ended with the arrest of an Elkhart man in Bremen.
Officers from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and the Bremen Police Department were called to the home in the 3,600 block of 4th Road in Bremen after a report was called in of an unknown man reportedly pounding on the door of the residence.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found 28-year-old Tyler Hochstetler who was found to be twice the legal limit of alcohol, according to the report.
Hochstetler was booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
