City of Plymouth Fall Street and Sidewalk Projects to Begin Monday

Crews from Rieth Riley Construction will begin working Monday on the slated street and sidewalk projects in Plymouth.

Company representatives urge residents to be careful when driving and walking in the construction areas.

Residents are asked to not park on the day the work is being done.  Street Superintendent Jim Marquardt asked the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members to place no parking signs where construction is occurring.   That request was unanimously approved.

On Monday, crews will be on Third Street from Lake to Jefferson Street.  On Tuesday, they will be on Washington Street from Third Street to Plum Street, and on Wednesday next week they will be on William Street from South Michigan Street to Liberty Street.

On Monday, Oct. 28, Rieth Riley will work in the park to repave Chuck Glaub Drive, Becknell Drive and the horse barn entrance.
