Students and Staff to Promote ‘Trojan Way’ during Triton Gives Back Day

Today’s the day that Triton Gives Back!

Triton students and staff members have been working diligently to prepare for this special service day that provides an opportunity for scholars, administrators, and teachers to show their appreciation to the community that continuously shows their support for the school.

Some of the efforts that have already been made in preparation for today include a food drive to assist local food pantries as well as a t-shirt drive that was held to ensure that every student had the opportunity to proudly show their Trojan pride.

Superintendent Jeremy Riffle shared that some of the projects that will be included in the Triton Gives Back Day include, but are not limited to, car washes for maintenance staff, serving local parks, libraries and daycares, a bird feeder project, community and campus landscape cleanups (check out U.S. Lawns website for further information), card making, and visiting nursing homes in Marshall and Kosciusko Counties.

Riffle commented that there are so many negative things in the world so this is a great way to highlight the next generation’s leaders and how they’re actively thinking of others over self. School officials emphasize that as an important element of the ‘Trojan Way.’
