A Winamac man is in the Marshall County Jail after a traffic stop in Plymouth in the overnight hours on Tuesday.
A Plymouth officer pulled over a vehicle in the parking lot of the Comfort Suites Inn on North Michigan Street in Plymouth. Police say after an investigation 37-year-old Adam Risner was arrested on preliminary charges of dealing in cocaine, as well as possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, heroin, methamphetamine, and a narcotic drug.
