A Granger man is in the Marshall County Jail after he was reportedly found to be a passenger in a vehicle driven by a juvenile late Thursday night.
A Plymouth Police officer received a report of a possible impaired driver and a traffic stop was conducted on the suspect vehicle in the area of Lake Ave. and Fourth Street. According to the report, the officer found that the driver was not of age to operate a motor vehicle. The front seat passenger, 45-year-old Chad Allen, was arrested on a preliminary charge of neglect of a dependent.
