A Plymouth man was arrested on Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of check deception and theft.
According to the Plymouth Police Department, officers responded to a complaint of employee theft at a business located in the 200 block of N. Michigan Street.
An investigation resulted in the arrest of 47-year-old Charles Winger on preliminary charges of check fraud, identity deception and forgery.
