Mishawaka Man and Warsaw Woman Arrested for Alleged Involvement in Recent Marshall County Thefts

Through the collective efforts of multiple local law enforcement agencies, two individuals were arrested Thursday for their alleged involvement with thefts that reportedly occurred earlier this month.  

According to authorities, on Thursday, August 1st and Sunday, August 4th, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received reports of thefts of items from storage units, located at Castle Storage, on State Road 17. The Bourbon PD also had a report of items being stolen from storage units located in the Bourbon area.

The official incident summary indicates that the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department obtained information that 29-year-old Jordan Dallie, of Mishawaka and 29-year-old Jessica M. Hall, of Warsaw, were allegedly involved in the extensive criminal activity of committing thefts from the storage units within the area.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department along with the Warsaw Police Department and Kosciusko Sherriff’s Department arrested Dallie and Hall on Thursday, August 15th.

They were transported and booked into the Marshall County jail for burglary and theft. A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for review and formal charges to be completed and filed.

Law enforcement officials remind readers that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation a crime has been committed. Individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
