The John Glenn School Board members will meet tonight where all four building principals will report on operations prior to the start of the school year.
The Walkerton Elementary School Open House is Thursday, Aug. 8 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., the North Liberty Open House and PTO cookout is Monday, Aug. 12 from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. and the Urey Middle School Open House is Thursday, Aug. 15 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The first student day is Tuesday, Aug. 13.
Transfer requests will be considered as well as personnel recommendations to start the school year.
The John Glenn School Board will meet at 7 p.m. in the John Glenn Administration Office on the campus of the high school at 201 John Glenn Drive in Walkerton.
