Two Bremen teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of stealing an ATV. Bremen Police say the theft was reported Wednesday in the 900 block of North Center Street.
Officers say the suspects were identified as Arizona Nies and Jarod Wyly, both 18. They were taken to jail on a Level 6 felony charge of theft. Police say the ATV was later recovered.
