Important dates related to the upcoming school year were shared with Triton School Board members when they met Monday night.
The all staff orientation day will last from 7:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6th. Breakfast will be held from 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m.
The opening program, which will take place in the auditorium from 8:30 a.m. until 9 a.m., will be followed up with a presentation by special speaker Lisa King. King will speak from 9 a.m. until 11 and is expected to talk about the concept of a “growth mindset.”
Lunch will be held in the high school cafeteria from 11:30 until 12:15 and King’s presentation will continue immediately afterward and will last until 1:30 p.m. Building level staff meetings will be held from 1:30 until 3 p.m. and a TTA meeting will be held at 3 p.m.
