Plymouth Police Respond to Walmart Sunday Night

Plymouth Police took a man into custody Sunday evening after they were dispatched to Walmart for a suspected impaired driver.

After arriving on scene shortly before 8:20 p.m. on July 21st, Plymouth Police Officer David Finn made contact with the allegedly impaired driver, 31-year-old William D. Freck.

Following a brief investigation, Freck was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated above .15 percent, Operating While Intoxicated – Endangerment and for a Home Detention Violation.

Freck was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
