Plymouth Police Department Investigate Fraud Complaint

The Plymouth Police Department investigated a complaint of fraud this week.

According to the report, 38-year-old Robert J. Wagner, of Culver, was in possession of stolen credit cards.  He reportedly took them out of a purse of a person he visited at the hospital.  Police say he made fraudulent transactions with the cards.

During the investigation, it was determined he left the Plymouth area and went to Knox.  Wagner was later located and held for local charges, according to the Plymouth Police Department.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on preliminary charges of fraud, receiving stolen parts and failure to appear.

Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
