
A Plymouth man is accused of domestic battery following a Thursday night incident.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, officers responded to a residence near Rose Road and Lincoln Highway around 11:30 p.m. where they found that 25-year-old Ethan Wagers left the scene. Officers learned that Wagers allegedly unlawfully entered the residence and battered the victim in the presence of children.
Wagers was later located at a residence in the area of King Road and U.S. 30. He was later booked in the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of domestic battery in the presence of a child under the age of 14, invasion of privacy, residential entry, and trespassing.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
