A Plymouth man was arrested Friday evening following an accident in the 19,000 block of Lincoln Highway.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Department officers were notified of a possible injury crash at that site and when officers arrived at the scene, they checked the driver, 41-year-old Willis W. Northcutt III, for injuries, according to the report.
Police say an investigation was conducted which led to Northcutt III’s arrest on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration of .15% or more. He was later released after posting bond.
