Keen observation by a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy resulted in the arrest of a West Lafayette man in the overnight hours on Wednesday.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, an officer was called to the area of U.S. 6 and 2A Road concerning a disabled vehicle. While assisting the driver, the officer reportedly noticed drug paraphernalia in the door panel.
As a result, Joseph J. Radzikowski, 49, was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of possession of cocaine and possession of paraphernalia.
Suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
