The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a call Monday night about a woman reportedly causing an issue at McDonald’s in Lapaz.
According to the police report, 34-year-old Angela R. Linback, of Walkerton, was found to be intoxicated and creating problems.
Linback was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.
Suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
