Three South Bend residents were arrested in Plymouth following a call about an alleged domestic dispute in the overnight hours on Wednesday.
After an investigation at the Red Rock Inn, officers from the Plymouth Police Department say 34-year-old Anthony Lofton and 43-year-old Christie Kush were found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, while 22-year-old Joshua Lackland had an outstanding warrant through St. Joseph County. All three people were taken to the Marshall County Jail.
In a separate incident on Tuesday, officers from the Plymouth Police Department responded to a home on Plum Street after being notified of a domestic disturbance at the residence. As a result of an investigation, it was found that 41-year-old Crystal Cooper and her 18-year-old son battered each other, but Cooper was the primary aggressor, according to the report. She was arrested and booked in the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of domestic battery and possession of marijuana.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
