Two Arrested on OVWI Charges

Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies recently arrested two people for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

On Saturday, June 8, police say 54-year-old David Fear was taken into custody after a report of a vehicle collision in the 14,000 block of State Road 10 in Argos.  He allegedly was operating the vehicle with a BAC of .15% or higher. 

On Monday, June 10, officers were called to the area of Oak Road and Markley Drive in Plymouth at 7:46 p.m. on a report of an erratic driver who struck a curb along the road.  Police say 24-year-old Tarilynn Michelle Favorite from Plymouth was reportedly found to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated. 

Both drivers were booked into the Marshall County Jail. 

Suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
