A Plymouth woman was arrested late Wednesday night after reportedly leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
Plymouth police officers were called to the accident at the corner of Michigan and Garro Street around 10 p.m. They were notified that one person reportedly left the scene of the accident. Police say the vehicle was found a short time later at River Park Square.
According to the report, the driver, 20-year-old Yoxari Lopez Caballero, was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. She was booked into the Marshall County Jail on those preliminary charges.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
