Plymouth Man Arrested for Public Intoxication Friday

A Plymouth man was arrested for public intoxication Friday morning. Plymouth Police say they were called to the Centier Bank at Oak and Jefferson just before 1:00 a.m., following reports that a man was in the road and was almost hit twice by cars.

After making contact with Donald Delap, 68, officers found him “to be in an extremely intoxicated state,” according to the police report. Police say Delap was not cooperative with officers and was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
