An alleged theft incident resulted in the arrest of a North Judson woman on Saturday night.
According to the Plymouth Police Department, officers were called to Walmart as a theft was in progress. After an investigation, 40-year-old Heather Manns was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of theft, presenting a false sales document, and possession of a legend drug, methamphetamine, heroin, a syringe, and marijuana.
Suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
