A traffic stop in Marshall County on Tuesday night ended with the arrest of a Hamlet man.
A deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of Tyler Road near Michigan Road in Plymouth. During the investigation, 26-year-old Bradley James Lovely was allegedly found to be intoxicated.
Lovely was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person and operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more.
Suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
