Five Injured in Sunday Morning Accident in Plymouth

Five people were transported from the scene of an accident in Plymouth on Sunday morning.

At about 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, officers say Martha Wright of Plymouth failed to yield to the right of way to westbound traffic on U.S. 30 as she traveled north on Plymouth/Goshen Trail.  Wright’s vehicle reportedly pulled directly into the path of a vehicle driven by Allen Watson II of Chicago as Watson was going west on U.S. 30.  Watson’s car stuck the passenger side of Wright’s vehicle.

One occupant of Wright’s vehicle was ejected from the vehicle on impact, according to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.

All occupants in Wright’s vehicle sustained serious injuries which deserved compensation as per sanantonioaccidentlawyer.com, and were transported to Memorial Hospital in South Bend while a passenger in Watson’s vehicle sustained serious injuries and was also transported to the same facility.

The accident remains under investigation.
