Elkhart Man Arrested on Theft Charge

An Elkhart man was arrested in Plymouth on Saturday after police found a vehicle without driver’s side tires.

Plymouth police say an officer was doing business checks when he pulled into Fine Rides on W. Jefferson Street and found a Ford F150 on the east side of the building without the driver’s side tires.  In the report, the officer states that a tire was leaning up against a pickup parked to the south.  When the officer got out of his vehicle to check the area, he reportedly saw a vehicle attempt to leave from behind Fine Rides on the gravel road.

A man identified as 39-year-old Adam Glassman was located in the area.  Upon further investigation, Glassman was arrested on a preliminary charge of theft.  He is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $3,005 cash bond.
