A Bremen man was taken into custody on Tuesday, June 25 on suspicion of child molestation.
According to the Bremen Police Department, a representative from the Marshall County Department of Child Service notified officers of the allegations. An investigation opened where probable cause was reportedly found that led to the arrest of 39-year-old Daniel Jacobsen on charges of child molestation as a Level 3 Felony, incest as a Level 4 Felony and child seduction as a Level 6 Felony.
Jacobsen was arrested at his place of employment, according to the report.
Jacobsen remains in the Marshall County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.
