The Plymouth Redevelopment Commission members will meet tonight where they plan to discuss an amendment to the Economic Development Plan for the U.S. 30/Pine Road Economic Area, or TIF #3. They are considering designating Pretzels, Inc as a designated taxpayer.
Marshall County Economic Development Corporation President and CEO Jerry Chavez will have an idea week and Stellar Communities update. Plymouth Fire Chief Rod Miller will have a discussion on the fire department and City Attorney Sean Surrisi will provide planning information for the Redevelopment Commission’s annual meeting.
Updates on the Aquatic Center, REES Theater, Hoham Drive project, River Gate South project, Winona Building Products, and the Centennial Crossing project are also anticipated during tonight’s meeting that begins at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers on the second floor of the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street. Those interested in attending the meeting should enter the building through the Garro Street entrance.
