Nine Arrested in Drug Investigation

A drug investigation by the Marshall County UNIT officers resulted in the arrest of nine people. 

A search warrant was executed at a home in the 4,000 block of Lilac Road in Plymouth on Wednesday.  While there, police say they located various narcotics and paraphernalia inside the residence.  Police also recovered two firearms, according to the report. 

The report also states that during the course of the execution of the search warrant, officers removed two children from the residence for their safety. 

Sean Snyder, Julie Snyder, Melvin Shane Snyder, Melvin John Snyder, Jesse Knepp, Charles Miltenberger III, Britany Griffin, Morgan Smith, and Anthony Cromey were taken to the Marshall County Jail where they were booked on various drug related felony and misdemeanor charges.  Britany Griffin faces an additional felony charge of neglect of a dependent. 

The Marshall County UNIT was assisted in the execution of the search warrant by the Starke County SWAT Team, Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, Plymouth Police Department, and Indiana State Police.

Suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
