Humane Society to Benefit from Triton FFA Critter Crawl

For the third year in a row, the Triton FFA is hosting a ‘Critter Crawl’ to raise money for the Marshall County Humane Society.

Racers will take to the trails in the Potawatomi Wildlife Park around 10 a.m. this Saturday.

The event will feature a 5K race which will be timed by the Marshall County Running Club. A less competitive one-mile ‘Fun Run’ is also being offered.

Those attending the event are encouraged to bring their furry, four-legged friends along for the fun since proceeds will benefit the Humane Society.

While it is too late to pre-register online, individuals can sign up the day of the event for $30.

Registration and T-Shirt pick up will run from 9 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. and a course tour will take place at 9:30 a.m. Shirts are not guaranteed for those who sign-up the day of the event.
