Argos Officials Approve Meeting Space for Young Professionals Network of Marshall County

The Argos Town Council permitted the Young Professionals Network of Marshall County to utilize their meeting room free of charge when members met last week.

The Young Professionals’ meeting will take place between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 16th.

Mandy Campbell, the founding president of the group, was in attendance. She noted that she is no longer the president but she’s still an active member of the group.

Campbell said that last year, the group decided to start holding meetings in various places around the county.

She shared some of the reasons why, “To maybe attract some new members that may not always want to go to Plymouth, two it was kind of to showcase different things that we going on or places, locations and three it was to make the Young Professionals more of a county-wide entity by going into it together.”

Clerk-Treasurer Lisa Mullaney added that the council room could also be used for future meetings as long as they call ahead to ensure no type of training is being held in there.
