A Plymouth man was arrested late Saturday night after a domestic violence incident was reported.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies were dispatched to the 11,000 block of 9A Road just after 11 p.m. and upon arrival they found a 27-year-old woman outside of the residence. Police say she had facial bleeding.
The victim stated that her boyfriend, who is the father of their child, hit her in front of their four-month-old child, according to the report.
Police found 31-year-old Richard Morris in an upstairs bedroom and took him into custody. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of domestic battery in the presence of a child less than the age of 16. His bond is set at $3,005.
