Crews continue to make progress on the new Lincoln Junior High School, despite the recent stretch of cold weather. Plymouth School Superintendent Andy Hartley told the school board Tuesday that work got set back a little over a week because it was simply too cold for workers. But he said they’re working hard to get back on track, and the slight delay poses no major concerns for the project’s overall schedule.
Hartley added that progress is especially being seen at the future academic wing. Crews continue to work on the masonry bearing walls and set the steel for the second floor, according to the written report given to the school board. Elsewhere, work continues on the brick interior walls inside the future locker rooms.
