The Plymouth Redevelopment Commission members will meet tonight where they will receive construction updates on the City Hall renovation project, Hoham Drive project, Aquatics Center and Early Childhood Learning Center project, River Gate South, and the Winona Building.
Discussion will also be held concerning information about the U.S. 30 coalition and a manufacturing center.
Commission members will consider a resolution declaring the Plymouth-Goshen Trail as an Economic Development Area. The resolution also includes an economic development plan and paperwork to establish and allocation area for the purposes of Tax Increment Financing (TIF).
The Plymouth Redevelopment Commission will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the Plymouth City Council Chambers on the second floor of the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street. Those attending the meeting should use the Garro Street entrance and proceed to the second floor meeting room.
