Tickets are still available for the John Glenn Education Foundation Gala.
The event is set for Saturday, Feb. 23 at 7 p.m. at the Swan Lake Resort. It features several fundraising opportunities for the foundation that helps fund enhanced training, teaching techniques or new styles of learning for staff members at the John Glenn School Corporation. The Teacher Grants Committee reviews all grant applications and the grants will be awarded as funds allow. The idea is to bridge the gap between need and funding.
A silent auction is planned with other events during the evening. Tickets are $40 per person or $75 a couple. To purchase a ticket, call 574-586-3129.
