Argos Town Council Reorganizes During First Meeting of the Year

The Argos Town Council reorganized during their first meeting of the New Year Wednesday night.

 According to Clerk-Treasurer Lisa Mullaney, George Null was elected to stay on as council president, with a vote of 4-1. However, a new vice president was chosen. Councilman Charles “Randy” Snead was elected to the position with a vote of 3-2.  

In addition to electing their president and vice president, the council also voted to keep their meeting schedule the same in 2019 as it was in the past, with meetings occurring at 7:30 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of every month.
