Temporary Four-Way Stop to be Removed at Bremen Intersection

A temporary four-way stop will go back to a two-way stop at the intersection of Indiana and Dewey in Bremen.

Bremen Street Superintendent Alex Mikel told the Bremen Town Council members this week the waste water lift station project is done in that area so the four-way stop is no longer needed.

“I’d like to go ahead and ask permission to take that down,” said Mikel. “It originally said January 1st, but they’re all clear of that area with no more construction right there. We’d make it back to a regular stop on Indiana going north and Indiana going south crossing Dewey.”

The Bremen Town Council members unanimously approved the request.
