The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will meet tonight where they will discuss an executive order concerning the REES Theater.
City Engineer Rick Gaul will also discuss change orders for the 2018 street and sidewalk projects, as well as an addendum to the 2019 street and sidewalk projects. Stormwater permit changes will be presented and work in the right-of-way at 2619 N. Michigan Street will be up for approval.
An appeal of clean-up charges will be heard by the Plymouth Board of Public Works members when the meeting begins at 6 p.m. tonight.
The Plymouth City Council will meet directly following the Board of Public Works meeting. They will consider the second and third readings of an ordinance that adopts the fee schedules for the Department of Aviation and the Department of Parks and Recreation. The city council members will consider appointments to the Redevelopment Commission and the Urban Forest and Flower Committee. Clerk-Treasurer Jeanine Xaver will ask to make year-end transfers as necessary and to forward year-end encumbrances and include them as part of the minutes.
The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety and the Plymouth City Council members will meet in the Council Chambers on the second floor of the Plymouth City Building. Attendees are asked to use the Garro Street entrance.
