The Marshall County 911 Dispatch center received a call Monday evening regarding an altercation at a residence in the 17,000 block of Vine Street.
According to the official incident summary, shortly after 8:35 p.m. on November 5th, dispatchers were informed that 28-year-old Brandon Lyn Masterson was apparently in an altercation with family members. Officers responded to the scene and an investigation led to the arrest of Masterson.
Masterson reportedly faces charges of strangulation, battery in the presence of a child, criminal confinement and interference with reporting a crime.
