Plymouth police say 28-year-old Jonathan Bohr, of Shawano, Wisconsin, attempted to get into vehicles in the area of Walmart. When police were on their way to the area, Bohr reportedly disrupted traffic on U.S. 30 and confronted a person in the Aldi parking lot.
