This year’s Falloween event at the John Glenn School Corporation gathered several thousands of dollars that will be put toward scholarship opportunities for high school seniors.
High School Principal William Morton told the school board this week that the figures show about $60,000 was raised to assist students with future plans for higher education.
Morton said Falloween was created about 10 years ago with this year being the largest event in the school’s history. The school board thanked all who attended and all who donated toward the event to help make it a success for kids.
