Reckless Driving Complaint Leads to Arrest of Plymouth Man

Police say a Plymouth man nearly caused a head-on collision, before he was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while impaired on a controlled substance Sunday afternoon. Plymouth Police say they were investigating a complaint of reckless driving, when they saw the car they were looking for cross the center line and almost cause a crash. Police reportedly pulled over the car in the area of Plum and Madison streets and arrested the driver, Juan C Rico Medina, 26.
