A South Bend man is in the Marshall County Jail on suspicion of theft.
Plymouth police say that on Sunday, Sept. 16, Bobby Fillmore, 31, stole a motorcycle from a residence on North Michigan Street in Plymouth. When officers found the motorcycle a block away it was reportedly vandalized.
Further investigation led officers to Fillmore and he was taken into custody. He was found to have outstanding warrants for his arrest.
Fillmore was booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and theft.
