A Plymouth man is in the Marshall County Jail for his alleged involvement in a domestic battery incident on Sunday afternoon.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, deputies were called to the Gatewood Mobile Home Park on Michigan Road on a report of domestic battery. An investigation found that 26-year-old Cody D. Collings had allegedly committed the act of battery with a child less than the age of 16 present. He also faces an additional preliminary charge of interference with reporting a crime.
He was given a $1,505 cash bond with an initial hearing date set for Sept. 18 at 8:30 a.m. in Marshall County Superior Court No. 2.
