The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will consider the approval of a substantial completion certificate on the water main extension project at W. Lake Avenue. The service was extended to accommodate the new construction of the Autumn Trace facility.
City Engineer Rick Gaul will have several documents for approval and review and the board members will consider a no parking sign request on Crimson Lane and a utility bill payment plan for a resident.
The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will meet at 6 p.m. tonight followed by the Plymouth City Council meeting.
A public hearing is planned to take comments on a waiver of noncompliance regarding the timely filing of a form by Pretzels, Inc. A resolution regarding the issue will be considered by the city council members later in the meeting.
Also, the council members will entertain the first reading of an ordinance fixing salaries of appointed officers and employees, fire and police personnel of the City of Plymouth in 2019.
Both meetings will be held in the Plymouth Fire Department meeting room at 111 N. Center Street in Plymouth. Those attending the meeting are asked to use the south entrance.
