Officials at the Marshall County Community Foundation are now accepting applications for the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship.
The scholarship awards a qualified student a four-year, full tuition scholarship to an accredited public or private nonprofit college or university in Indiana.
The scholarship program aims to help raise the level of educational attainment in the state, to increase awareness of the beneficial role the Community Foundation plays in the community, and to encourage past scholars to engage with Indiana business, governmental, educational, nonprofit, and civic leaders to improve the quality of life in the state and in local communities.
Scholarship applications are due by Monday, Sept. 10. Interested Marshall County high school seniors should contact the school’s guidance counselor or the Marshall County Community Foundation at 574-935-5159. Applications may also be found online at marshallcountycf.org.
