An Illinois man was arrested late Thursday evening for allegedly inappropriately touching a juvenile female.
Marshall County police were called to the Jelly Stone Campground in Plymouth around 10 p.m. where they found several people in a verbal argument. After the dust settled, officers learned that 50-year-old Gerald R. Mcinerney allegedly touched a juvenile female on the inner leg and groin.
Mcinterney was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of sexual battery. His bond was set at $4,505 cash.
