It’s now easier for underprivileged kids to attend Culver Elementary School’s new pre-K program. Principal Erin Proskey told the school board Monday that the program was officially designated a legally licensed exempt preschool by the state last week. That means it’s eligible to receive state vouchers for families who are unable to pay the full $60 weekly fee.
