Several Plymouth school administrators have had their contracts extended. Last week, the school board approved a list of administrative contracts, along with updated benefits and conditions of employment, at the recommendation of Superintendent Andy Hartley.
“There are a few changes in the conditions that will more accurately reflect actual conditions for a couple of positions,” Hartley explained, “and there was a small reduction in a benefit in there, as well.”
As part of the school board’s action, Assistant Superintendent Jill VanDriessche and High School Principal Jim Condon have each had their contracts extended through June of 2021. Thirteen other administrators were given two-year extensions.
School board member Larry Pinkerton commented that he’s very pleased with Plymouth Schools’ administrative team, and he appreciates their dedication and contributions.
