The River Gate South housing development project at Lake Street and Michigan Street in Plymouth is on schedule.
Marshall County Economic Development Corporation President and CEO Jerry Chavez told the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission members on Tuesday night that Building A, which is closest to Michigan Street, is anticipated to be complete in late August. He reminded the members of the uniqueness of the blueprints of the apartments in that each one is different. For the tenant in the penthouse, the elevator takes him or her right to the living room.
Hard hat tours have been offered to several different employers where they get a look at what the housing units look like and the views from the building.
Two other buildings in the entire project remain under construction and are on schedule.
